Non-Returnable Items:Please note that certain products, such as opened or used skincare, hair care, makeup, fragrance items, and personal care products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged and sent via a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
Exchanges
Kindly note, that we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.we are happy to assist with a refund under the following conditions:
You are required to provide clear evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product. This should include photos or videos showing the damage to both the item and its packaging. This will help us process your claim as quickly as possible.
